yesterday my good friend yux decided to take a change in his life and decided to lose some fats and keep fit !
And of cause , mighty sha have to help :P

So he decided to jog 10km at school stadium !!! 10km hor !! for 1st timers ;P
but than end up only completed 4 rounds , 1.6KM ~
Than he started to puke but the crazy biatch still want to continue~ T_T siao kia. haha


Have to give him credit for that man, although it was slow jog, its quite relaxing as well.. haha



YUX ! 10km !! one day we'll make it together ... ( damn i sound gay )



After the jog, went to meet sebastian and kengyong to support zijie @ mediacorp ~ :D
He sang really well sia ... still don't understand why the judges say he walk very beng.. i only know he like to sing with his legs open :D hahaha
